Flora and Fauna have always been one of Charlou’s passions, as her father was a landscaper and owned a nursery. This passion is portrayed through different illustrated flowers that frame Charlou.
My grandmother's name, Charlou /SHAR-loo/, is a combination of her parent’s names, Charles and Lucia /loo-SHA/. This inspired the unique and meaningful ligature between the "A" and "R" to symbolize the merging of two names into one.
These labels feature a unique shape that allow Charlou to be the focal point of the labels. The wine label colors were carefully selected to align with her favorite colors and create a striking contrast with the color of the wine they are assigned to.
